What can I expect if I come?
No appointment is necessary, but you should check our Calendar to verify our open times. You will be greeted and asked to fill out an intake form. When a prayer ministry team is ready to pray for you, they will take you to a private room where you will be prayed for. They will briefly ask you what you need prayer for and then pray over you. Our goal is for you to experience God’s love and receive healing. Sometimes we may feel led to lay hands on an appropriate part of your body while praying for healing, and we will ask your permission before doing so. We aim to treat you with respect. Prayer teams usually consist of 2-3 people, who are volunteers and are members in good standing of a local church. Prayer ministers are not licensed doctors or counselors and do not give medical advice.
Does God really heal people in answer to prayer?
See our case reports for examples of people who have come for prayer.
I don’t feel comfortable discussing my particular need for healing with members of the opposite sex. Can you still help me?
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for prayer only by members of the same sex.
If I’m not a Christian but still want prayer for healing, can I come?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome anyone who wants to come and receive prayer for healing.
Is there a charge?
No, and we will not pressure you for donations either. If you decide that you want to make a donation to the Healing Rooms, there is a box marked for donations. All donations will go to help defray the costs of hosting the healing rooms.
